My career of 30+ years has spanned product design, sales and marketing, working for both large enterprises and start-ups. My focus is on enabling breakthrough sales for new cloud ventures: ranging from knowledge-intensive firms monetising Non-Linear Revenues to ISVs and IT services firms delivering high-value social apps and business solutions.

After initially training as a 3D product designer, I began my sales career selling robots and manufacturing automation solutions to the plastics industry, before working for an IBM dealership and thereafter, joining Honeywell Information Systems to sell high-value Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

In 1993, I moved to San Francisco, becoming General Business Manager for Meiko, a pioneer of large scale computing platforms for Oracle solutions. After returning to UK in early-1995, I held founding sales leadership roles in Europe with middleware pioneers BEA (now Oracle) and thereafter, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) innovators Mercator (now IBM), before setting out as an independent consultant in 2001.
